LIAM O'SHEA, bestseller author of the SciFi saga, Eiloe.

All I knew was pain - a childhood filled with cruelty and villains who used and abused.

Until Éolie.

I frist hear her sweet, angelical voice int he dark of night, when I lay bathed in my own impending death. Seventeen years later, it's not the nightmare she pulled me out of that haunts me, but the grimes of Happily Ever After she revealed just before disappearing.

They said she was a figment of my boundless imagination. A wish. A dream. Until I had no choice but to believe them, cherishing my imaginary savior the only way I knew how - in fiction and lore.

But fantasy has a way of transforming reality. When I finally tire of being a citizen of the world, I talk an impromptu sabbatical as a professor at a small college on the coast of Maine. And there I see her, the girl with the sea-green eyes and angelic voice.

My world turns upside down. Turns out my girl is for real, and the pull between is anything but imaginary.

Happily Ever After has a story... and this one is mine.

Book Review:
Pre-reading Thoughts:

Original Review can be found HERE.

I originally read this book last year in December. It was my first ever blog tour that I did with Xpresso Book Tours. And if I had known that just by doing what I loved best and telling people what I thought. That I would land up here where I am right now, I would tell you there was no way that would happen. But here I am. A beta reader for this amazing person, who I have gotten to know and talk to more than once and honestly, I am so happy. So if I am honest, this book review may be a bit biased or it may not be. I have grown as a reader and what I might have considered to be off putting could be completely different now.

Thank you once again Sylvie for sending me your books and for this amazing opportunity. Talking to you just brightens up my day. This review is for you!

Just a small little disclaimer for those reading this. I received this book for free. No money from my pocket was spent in getting this book. Please note that in no way does this affect my opinion. All thoughts still remain my own.

Writing Thoughts:

Sylvie's talent for writing is clear. I got to see the beautiful sea and landscapes of all the places that Liam and Èolie visited during their journey. It was vivid and absolutely beautiful. From the campus to the beautiful snow-covered mountains. The small slips of french make the story even more eloquent and more romantic. If that is even possible

Plot Thoughts:

This book is sold as a Happily Ever After book and to be honest, that is exactly what you get. It is so mushy and cringe worthy yet absolutely adorable. And I mean everything in the best way possible. This is a feel good book and it honestly delivers. It is just such a super duper adorable read that you just can't put down.

Character Thoughts:

I love all the characters in this book. But P.O. has still remained my favorite.

Liam is a best selling author who is adored by many, many young and attractive woman. But he is a man who knows what he wants and goes for it.

Éolie is such a gorgeous character. Not only is she a soft hearted individual but according to the book she is drop dead gorgeous. It was so refreshing reading from her point of view as she saw the beauty in everything and it was just great.

Final Thoughts:

Overall, I loved this book way more the second time around. It will definitely be a book that I will pick up when I need a pick-me-up. It was absolutely perfect and just made me crave my own Happily Ever After even more. I definitely see myself picking this book up next year again just to get a touch of happy-go-lucky feelings.

I highly recommend this book for all those Romantics out there! It is the perfect read!

Thank you so much to the wonderful and amazing Sylvie for sending me a physical copy of her books! I am so grateful!

Merci beaucoup

Yours in Reading,

Melleny
