Book Review:
Pre-reading Thoughts:

I am so excited for this book. I was also really happy to hear that I didn't have to read the first book to read this one. It sounds kinda harsh but my schedule would not be able to fit another book. It sounds like this book will be a lot of fun and hopefully something different!

Thank you to YA Bound Book Tours for providing me with a copy for this book! I cannot wait to jump into this book. Just a small little disclaimer for those reading this review. I have received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. No money on my behalf has been spent in acquiring this book. Please note that this does not affect my opinion in any way. All thoughts are my own.

Writing Thoughts:

The writing was quick and easy to get to. It was uncomplicated and the pages just flew by. The dialogue was also completely effortless and natural. The only real problem I had with the writing was that it wasn't too descriptive. I couldn't visualize the surroundings of the characters and sometimes I felt like the characterization of the characters was a little weak.

Plot Thoughts:

The plot and book was definitely interesting. There is a love triangle but I think it is done semi-well. There are moments where I was thinking seriously. But other than that, I thought it was kinda cute. There was so much fluff in this book. Repetition seemed to pop up every now and again. But there was always enough action to keep the story going.

Character Thoughts:

The characters where great. I enjoyed reading about them but every now and again they would fall flat.

Final Thoughts:

Overall, I really enjoyed this book. It was quick and easy. It was the right book at the right moment as I was going into a slump and this seemed to push me out of it. This book wasn't perfect but from what I have heard from other people, the author has improved a lot and I can definitely see her potential. The writing was light and easy to get through, the plot although interesting, was sometimes filled with repetitions and unnecessary facts. The characters were enjoyable and had some really good and strong moments but seemed to fall flat every now and again. Despite its flaws, this book was highly enjoyable! Thank you to YA Bound Book Tours for sending the book my way!
