Final Thoughts:

Overall, I thought that this graphic novel has so much potential to talk about a topic that is often overlooked. This book will show us what is on the other side of the statistics and I am interested to see where the book leads. It had a good start. I thought the illustrations were good but I didn't really like how the people were illustrated but that has more to do with personal preference than anything else. The illustrations of the surroundings and objects are well done. I can definitely see myself getting sucked into this world. Thank you so much to Pan Macmillan South Africa for providing me with a sampler of this graphic novel!
